The Prize

The winner will receive a one-night, two-round Stay & Play experience for two people at Prince's Golf Club.

Prize Includes:

• One-night Stay & Play for two people at Prince's Golf Club
• Two rounds of golf per person
• A two-course dinner for two in the 1932 Grill at The Lodge

The following conditions and exclusions apply:

• Accommodation at The Lodge is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The Prize includes a two-course dinner for two in the 1932 Grill. Any additional food, beverages, supplements or upgrades will be charged separately.
• Tee times must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability and any applicable blackout dates.
• All Prize values are based on the recommended retail price. Other than our right to exchange the Prize (or part of it) for a suitable replacement of equal value and purpose, the Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• The winner and their guest are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Prince's Golf Club and for any costs associated with travel, travel insurance, subsistence, additional accommodation, upgrades and other out-of-pocket expenses.
• The Prize must be used by 13th July 2027, is redeemable Monday-Thursday, subject to availability, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher or discount code unless otherwise stated.
• We make no representation or warranty regarding the quality of the Prize, and no conditions, warranties or other terms implied by statute or common law shall apply except to the extent required by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
• The Prize may be subject to taxes in your country of residence. You are responsible for determining if winning the Prize requires reporting and payment of any taxes that may be imposed in your country of residence.

Winner Selection

• There will be one winner whose entry will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
• We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the email address provided at the time of entry.
• If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of being notified, the Prize will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• If the winner rejects the Prize, or the entry is invalid or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner will forfeit their right to receive the Prize, and we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Your Privacy

We have a legitimate interest in operating sweepstakes, contests and other promotions. By entering this Competition, you agree:

• To receive email communications from us regarding the administration of this Competition, including notification if you are selected as the winner.
• To the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy. 

We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw has taken place. To comply with this obligation, we may publish the surname and country of residence of the winner on our website and social media channels.

General

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prince's Golf Club and any providers of any part of the Prize shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance or use of the Prize, except where caused by negligence.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Competition at any time due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• If there is reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating.
• For UK residents, these Terms and Conditions and this Competition are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• For EU residents, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of the Netherlands or the entrant's country of residence where applicable.
