Booking and Cancellation policy:

For bookings of six or more golfers Prince’s Golf Club requires a deposit to secure all tee times. Deposits are required at time of booking or within 7 days of Booking. Deposits will be taken for £10 per person of numbers given at time of booking. If Credit card details are taken, deposits will be taken straight away and confirmation by telephone or email. We accept all major credit cards accept AMEX and Diners. Cheques must be received within 14 days of booking and made payable to “Princes Golf Club”. Any tee time booking request without a deposit will not be guaranteed and may incur alterations at the discretion of Princes Golf Club and its staff.

We will require confirmation of final numbers at least 7 days before your visit either by e-mail or telephone. The booking, confirmation of numbers and food requirements will stand, and will be charged on the day.

The Final Balance will be requested on the day before golf. Payments should be received by the Professional shop at least 30 minutes before your first Tee Time. The deposit is taken from your booking total on the day, after all discounts have been taken into account This payment must be completed by one person, a Society Organiser and can be paid by a Cash sum or one Credit Card. Society Cheques will also be accepted with relevant signatures
Princes Golf Club is able to offer day accounts for additional services and goods with prior permission from the General Manager and Directors.  All accounts are to be secured with a credit card guarantee and payment is to be made in full before departure.  In no circumstances shall credit be allowed without prior written authorisation and payment guarantee.

 

Cancellations
All deposits taken will be applied to bookings as they are taken. In the event you are not able to make your Golf booking, Princes Golf Club will be happy to move your deposit to another date. This date must be within a calendar year and is none transferable to another society booking. Full cancellation of your golf booking within 30 days will result in loss of deposit.
